Introduction to molecular and cellular laboratory techniques, fundamental in Biotechnology. It includes topics related to the design, implementation, skills development and analysis of applications of biomolecules such as DNA, RNA and proteins, and aspects of cloning and molecular expression. Introductory discussion of plant and animal tissue culture techniques. It requires 45 hours of face-to-face closed laboratory.
