Analysis of the principles, concepts, elements and legal figures that form or create contractual obligations under the Federal Uniform Commercial Code. Examination of the different ways of resolving a contractual obligation and the laws and regulations related to the sale and distribution of negotiable instruments. Discussion of the legal responsibility of Authorized Public Accountants and of ethical values in the profession. Use of the corresponding technology.
