Review of the dissertation proposal. Requires the defense and approval of the dissertation proposal by the Doctoral Dissertation Committee. The proposal can be presented before the Institutional Review Board or (IRB) to be approved, if necessary. Once such approval is received, the student can begin the work of data summary. Grade: DP/P/NP
