ACCT 5101 Financial Accounting
Analysis and application of the theory of financial accounting at an advanced level. Preparation of financial reports for corporations and partnerships, consolidation of financial statements, mergers and acquisitions, taxes, issuance and valuation of stocks and bonds, and financial report analysis and interpretation. Discussion and analysis of current topics developing within the accounting profession.
