ORSY 8005 Organizational design and diagnosis

Discussion of the various models of organizational design and redesign including organic models. Emphasis on the processes of Organizational Diagnosis and Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Application of the models using in-depth interviews, focus groups and satisfaction scales. Emphasis on the search for information and data, analysis, and conceptualization, as well as the identification of alternatives and solutions to the findings found.
