Review of the anatomy and physiology of the normal swallowing process in infants, children and adults. Includes the anatomical and physiological factors that affect the process. Description of swallowing disorders associated with structural, neurological and behavioral disorders. Emphasis on the evaluation methods in the treatment of such disorders.
