Know and identify the fundamental concepts related to wellness, as well as the factors that affect health. Know information related to the components of health, hypokinetic diseases, stress management and healthy lifestyles. Describe the energetic nutrients and their relationship with physical exercise. Know the function of essential nutrient groups, guidelines for good nutrition, hydration before, during and after exercise. Explain the concepts: Basal Metabolism, Metabolic Resistance, Calorimetry and nutrient estimation.
