Analysis and application of instruments and techniques to evaluate, investigate, integrate and promote innovation and change in the organizational and institutional environment. Requires submission of a research project that studies and analyzes specific problems in the public sphere. To enroll in this course, the student must have passed all specialization courses. Grade: P/NP/PP.
