PSYC 8630 Objective Evaluation of Personality
Discussion of the approaches and the objective techniques of evaluation of personality, emotion and conduct. Analysis of the controversies regarding the instruments of evaluation and of ethical matters related to the evaluation process. Emphasis in the relevance of the instruments of mediation for the Puerto Rican populations. Review of the processes of administration, validity and interpretation of the main instruments of evaluation, such as the MMPI-2, the Clinical Inventory Multi-axial of Millon, NEO PJ and other measurements of the emotional function.
