EDUC 3234 Primary Grades Literacy (PK-4)
Analysis of the different stages in the development of oral language and reading and writing skills for preschoolers through nine years old. Discussion of the standards-based curriculum. Analysis and application of different methods, strategies, and techniques for teaching reading and writing, including needs assessments that take into account individual differences.
