CHEM 2221 Organic Chemistry I
Theoretical and experimental study of the physical, chemical and spectroscopic traits of organic compounds. Emphasis on nomenclature, isomerism, synthesis and reactions of hydrocarbons, alcohols, halogenuros of alkyl and aromatic compounds. Requires 45 hours of lecture and 45 hours of closed presential lab.
