NURS 2362 Psychosocial Practice
Application of the nursing process, therapeutic communication skills, theoretical models, principles and concepts in the management of common acute and chronic mental health problems in adults. Use of ethical-legal aspects, diversity, equity and inclusion, evidence-based practice, safety and interprofessional collaboration centered in the person. Requires a total of 90 hours of supervised practice in various scenarios.
