Application of the legal aspects and syndication practices, the process of collective bargaining and the administration of the collective agreement between workers and employer unions, in the public and private sectors. Emphasis on compliance with federal and state norms. Recognition of illicit work practices and the importance of judicial precedents and the use of arbitration in the resolution of labor conflicts.
