NURS 6918 Practice in Medical-Surgical Nursing I
Advanced nursing care practice for clients with alterations in the following systems: immune, integumentary, digestive and gastrointestinal, endocrine and metabolic and renal. Application of the nursing process taking into account cultural diversity and evidence-based practice. Application of ethical/legal aspects, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills during its execution. It requires sixty (60) hours of clinical practice in various health settings.
