NURS 6919 Practice in Medical-Surgical Nursing II
Advanced nursing care practice for clients with diseases that affect adult functioning in the following systems: neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, circulatory and hematological, respiratory and reproductive. Application of the nursing process taking into account cultural diversity and evidence-based practice. Application of ethical/legal aspects, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills during its execution. It requires sixty (60) hours of clinical practice in various health settings.
