COMP 3300 Organization and Computer Architecture
Analysis of the structure and architecture of processors and multiprocessors with emphasis on the characteristics, benefits and interaction of the functional components. Discussion of the foundations and strategies of access and administration of data. Analysis of memory hierarchies and architectures. Application of digital logic for the representation of data. Requires 45 hours of lecture-lab.
