Service Operations Management (Post-Bachelor Professional Certificate)

The Postgraduate Professional Certificate Program in Service Operations Management contains a curriculum that trains the student with the essential elements in operations management for companies that provide customer service and in turn prepares them to continue graduate studies.

The Program emphasizes the essential components of management in operations and in customer service. The student will know the fundamental elements related to customer service and performance measurement; as well as the theories, models and general foundations of operations management.
