  1. Determine the different procedures for evaluating individuals and groups in the organization through various measurement instruments.
  2. Distinguish different types of interventions related to individuals and groups in the organization.
  3. Recognize the factors that affect the health and safety of individuals and groups that affect an optimal work scenario.

Skills

  1. Evaluate different work contexts through the use of various measurement instruments to determine the organizational climate, the development of human resources and the identification of needs in the organization.
  2. Formulate organizational development interventions aimed at improving problem solving, teamwork, and improving performance at different levels of the organization.
  3. Design strategies aimed at minimizing adverse conditions that affect the health and safety of human resources.
